Pavement Marking Services

Pavement markings are critical in navigating a roadway safely whether in a work zone or a clear zone.  NES Traffic Safety provides expert pavement marking services in paint, epoxy, thermoplastic and raised pavement markers.  Our skilled technicians exercise quality control to meet state specifications for pavement marking services.  Our striping equipment fleet is state of the art and maintained on a daily basis to meet the requirements of job readiness.  We carry a large inventory of approved paint, epoxy, thermoplastic and glass beads.  In addition to roadways, NES Traffic Safety provides services for airport runways and commercial/industrial facilities. 

In work zones, grinding of pavement markings or black-out tape is used and temporary tape installed in guiding motorists safely.

Product Showcase

Crash Cushions—With advanced technology in absorbing energy from vehicle impacts on all roadway types, we offer crash cushions that provide life-saving performance.   Let NES show you the options that address roadway hazards such as ends of rigid barriers, utility poles, bridge supports and other hazards.  We can provide fully re-directive and non-gating crash cushions as well as non-redirective cushions.  We are available to provide installations on jobs for which they are approved.  NES also has a line of water filled barrier that may be used, in some cases, in lieu of sand barrel arrays where room is an issue.  Narrow shoulders or bridges are excellent locations. 

Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMA’s)—TMA’s are used on shadow vehicles to protect work crews during roadway maintenance operations.   NES Traffic Safety represents manufacturers of TMA’s that have passed the rigorous testing requirements of NCHRP 350 for Test Level 3 evaluation criteria.   This means they are approved for speeds of up to 100 km/hr.  All systems can be easily and quickly mounted to or removed from a truck.  Modular in design, the TMA systems crush in progressive stages upon impact.  NES Traffic Safety can provide installation services for these truck-mounted attenuators. 

Modular Changeable Message Signs—Built on strength, simplicity and versatility, modular message sign systems represented by NES Traffic are the most revolutionary LED signs in the roadway industry.   Designed for unsurpassed visibility to alert motorists of changing conditions, you can easily build any size sign you want depending on your application.  This may include ramp metering, overhead bridges, permanent roadside locations, cantilever signal arms and every kind of vehicle mount from pick-up trucks to striping trucks.
