On Thursday, May 18, 2006 NES Studio Rentals (Van Nuys, CA) branch became the first
recipients of the Chairman’s “Gear-Up Award”. Andy Studdert, Chairman and CEO wrote:

“The Gear Up Award was created for me to recognize teams who makes superior contributions
to our Company. When deciding on which team would receive the first Gear Up Award,
